BCO Annual Conference 2008

From the 4-6 June 2008 the British Council for Offices (BCO) will be visiting the European political capital Brussels.

The new high speed Eurostar link from St Pancras International will take London based delegates to Brussels in around 1 hour 50 minutes. St Pancras International is at the heart of Argent's bold new regeneration, which is the biggest redevelopment scheme in London for 100 years. As part of the conference, delegates are invited by Argent to visit this important London project before boarding the train to the BCO Annual Conference Brussels 2008.

Brussels is the home to NATO and the EU with over 120 million sq m of office space. The EU occupies almost 20 per cent. Additionally there are some 33,000 companies with 2,000 international corporations. Whilst in Brussels we will be able to see a vast array of office properties. With 625,000 sq m of development completed in 2006 and a further 189,000 sq m underway in 2007, there will be plenty to see.
