Maxim
The £330m Maxim Office Park, strategically located between Edinburgh and Glasgow, will provide 10 international class office buildings, more than 756,000 sq ft of grade 'A' office space is being heralded as the blueprint for business park construction in the future.
The development, which is equivalent in size to 27 football pitches and is on track for completion by 2010, is entirely privately funded and includes the larges speculative office building under construction in the UK (outside London). Building 5 - 186,000 sq ft, with FLOORPLATES OF 47,000 SQ FT.
Maxim will create a vibrant business community, with its mix of modern office architecture; impressive landscaping; range of shops; wine bar and bistro; PGA accredited putting facility; amphitheatre; wi-fi access; and childcare and leisure facilities.
