Ordering Publications/Events from the BCO

The BCO does not offer refunds for publications or events, unless mentioned in the booking form itself. We do not accept bookings or despatch publication orders without payment and would not issue invoices for these items. This is due to being a small Secretariat with limited resource for these administrative duties.

Disclosing your information to others

Other than the disclosures referred to here, we will not disclose any personal information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).

Information about products and services

It is very important to us that we provide the highest level of service. In order to help us do this, from time to time, the BCO may send you details of products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

Keeping our records accurate

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time by contacting us directly or where this facility is offered on the BCO website. If you have another query relating to your information please contact us as set out below.

Third party sites

We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of other sites even if you access them using links from our Sites and recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit.

In addition if you linked to any of our sites from a third party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners or operators of that third party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.
